Coordinate rehearsals and backstage operations, maintain production documentation, manage assistant stage managers, call performances and cues, communicate with directors, designers, cast, crew and families, and ensure safe, efficient production runs from pre-production through post-show.

Coordinate all operational and administrative aspects of Wilmette Children's Theater productions from auditions through post-show strike: scheduling, communications, volunteer management, safety protocols, production meetings, tech rehearsals, and liaising with Performing Arts staff to ensure organized, safe performances.

Process accounts payable and non-payroll payments, manage PCard program, record revenue into Incode, perform month-end closing, generate Board voucher reports, reconcile balance sheet and bank statements, maintain vendor records, assist with inventory counts, and recommend finance process improvements.
