Manage and grow strategic and mid‑tier promotional‑products accounts. Develop account plans, identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities, deliver client presentations, maintain CRM forecasting, and ensure client satisfaction while coordinating with internal teams.

Drive revenue and margin across an assigned territory by sourcing custom promotional hard goods globally. Build and manage customer relationships, win new business through outreach and proposals, coordinate with internal teams and China buying office, ensure accurate quoting and delivery, and mentor peers to support team goals.
