Develop and maintain financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and models for a regional property portfolio. Analyze variances and trends, prepare budget recommendations and reports, perform quarterly re-forecasts, run ad hoc scenario analyses, and lead process-improvement projects while liaising with property managers and operations teams. Support cross-department initiatives and travel as needed.

Support enterprise sourcing, supplier management, procurement operations, and continuous improvement. Manage supplier performance, contracts, CAPEX purchasing, vendor onboarding, spend analysis, dashboards, KPIs, and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve procurement efficiency and reporting.
