Lead production and project management of student-centered field trips, Maker Workshops, and Production Study Guides. Collaborate with Artistic, Production, Marketing, and Education teams; design curriculum, facilitate post-show discussions, teach in-school residencies, and build partnerships with schools to expand teen access and engagement.

Manage production operations and administration, lead visiting-artist presentations and rentals, support design and rehearsal processes, mentor stage management apprentices, reconcile production expenses, coordinate schedules across departments, maintain health and safety standards, and foster inclusive work environments.
