Bellagent, a Chicago-based provider of agentic AI technology, announced the launch of its latest innovation on Thursday. The company’s newly released AI agents are designed to help SMB and mid-market companies automate everyday operations.

Trained on a business’s specific context, its AI agents act as virtual team members, leveraging customer insights to reduce churn and extend lifetime value. Bellagent’s platform can perform functions including integrating with existing systems, handling inbound customer inquiries, qualifying prospective customers and providing ROI analytics.

“Businesses don’t need experimental AI. They need practical AI solutions that can be rapidly deployed and deliver real outcomes,” Andrew Pekin, Bellagent’s founder and CEO, said in a statement. “Bellagent cuts through the noise, removing friction and streamlining operations so leaders can stay focused on results.”
