Chicago-based F2 Strategy announced its acquisition of Florida-based fintech company MD Solutions. F2 Strategy is a wealth management company working to help investment firms improve their technological capabilities.
MD Solutions is a managed services provider offering various investment operations and tech solutions for wealth managers, registered investment advisors, family offices and asset managers. All of MD Solution’s employees and projects will fully integrate into F2 Strategy.
The integration is contributing to the launch of F2 Strategy’s newest service, one that provides specialized platform implementation expertise to help clients adopt new technologies more effectively.
Following the acquisition, the combined company will continue to partner with wealth management tech providers for implementation and outsourcing services. The merger allows F2 Strategy to further its go-to-market strategy by enhancing its technology, marketing and business services offerings.
