MajorKey Technologies, an identity security firm based near Chicago, has acquired Oxford Computer Group LLC, which specializes in Microsoft and Saviynt identity solutions. The acquisition is expected to strengthen MajorKey’s expertise across CyberArk, SailPoint, Microsoft, Saviynt, Ping Identity and other platforms, enhancing its ability to deliver comprehensive identity services to clients.
OCG provides advisory, implementation and managed services, and its team has skills and knowledge across identity and access management, identity governance, privileged access management and external identity solutions. Its client base spans the United States and includes several federal agencies.

OCG will continue to operate under its brand as a business division of MajorKey, with a focus on Microsoft and Saviynt technologies.
