Chicago-based Opensity Solutions has announced its official launch following the combination of K2 Services, Epiq GBTS and Forrest Solutions, forming the largest end-to-end managed services organization for the legal, financial and professional services sectors.
By consolidating fragmented vendors into a single partner with a unified governance model, Opensity plans to reduce cost-to-serve through automation and process redesign, improve service delivery with faster turnaround and higher accuracy and scale to support clients’ revenue-generating initiatives.
Michelle Deichmeister, who will lead as CEO, said in a statement, “Our launch is the culmination of a deliberate strategy to create a single, integrated MSO that can transform how legal, financial and professional services firms operate. Opensity gives firms a trusted partner to run their mission‑critical operations and accelerate strategic transformation.”
Originally announced in November 2025, the formation of Opensity was backed by Renovus Capital Partners, whose funding will accelerate investment in technology and talent to expand capabilities and market reach.
Opensity launches with more than 4,500 professionals, over 500 clients and more than $400 million in combined annual revenue, with operations spanning the United States, Canada, India and the Philippines.
