P33 Calls for Donations to Build an Open-Source COVID-19 Tracker for Illinois

P33 joined MATTER and the Open Commons Consortium in launching the platform last week with a skeleton budget. Now, the group aims to raise “several millions” in donations to build a “SWAT team” of data engineers to help safety net hospitals upload their information.
