Bustling with over 200 employees, it’s turned into the company’s largest outpost — and a springboard for career advancement. Like freelancers, its employees want steady career progression and access to opportunities they’re passionate about.
The company added 160 new fund managers to its platform and grew its headcount by 78 percent in 2020. It is looking to continue that momentum in the new year.
