Serve as the finance business partner for food brands, leading budgeting, forecasting, driver-based financial modeling, variance analysis, and KPI reporting. Provide actionable insights on pricing, promotions, assortment, and margin performance, build business cases and scenario models, support month-end close, and drive process and reporting improvements across merchandising, marketing, inventory, and accounting.

Lead product design from ideation through prototype and mass production. Create specifications, digital renderings, and presentations. Collaborate with design, merchandising, sourcing, packaging, and graphics. Prepare products for photo shoots, trade shows, and shipments. Track competitors and market trends to inform design decisions while meeting timelines and production goals.

Own brand strategy and seasonal go-to-market leadership for the Personalization category. Lead cross-functional GTM planning, translate customer insights into messaging, track performance against volume and forecast goals, surface risks, and coordinate corrective actions with merchandising, creative, and channel partners to drive commercial results.

Lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of food safety and quality management systems (SQF/HACCP/FSMA). Oversee audits, inspections, CAPAs, product testing, traceability/recall readiness, staff hiring/training and cross-functional quality initiatives to ensure product safety and regulatory compliance in a production environment.
