As an Account Executive, you will manage a territory, focusing on acquiring new Enterprise clients and upselling within existing accounts. You will drive sales growth, build pipelines, and collaborate with internal teams while attending industry events to build relationships and represent 1Password.

Embed with the CRO to deliver GTM analytics and insights: write SQL and dbt models, build Looker and Salesforce dashboards, define and track revenue KPIs, forecast and model revenue, partner with GTM leaders and Data Engineering, lead analytics projects, and translate complex data into executive-ready recommendations to drive upsell and new-business growth.

The Principal Customer Success Manager leads strategic Enterprise accounts, drives customer alignment, oversees revenue retention, and influences security strategies through executive-level engagements.
