Lead planning and implementation of cross-departmental projects, manage timelines and milestones, communicate status to stakeholders and executives, establish workflows, improve project speed and accuracy, prepare status reports, facilitate kickoffs, and ensure issues are escalated and resolved to keep projects on schedule.

Provide school-based psychological assessment, diagnosis, counseling, IEP and 504 participation, progress monitoring, and MTSS collaboration. Conduct evaluations, write reports, recommend interventions, attend IEP meetings, coach teachers, and support district compliance with special education timelines and procedures.
