Support and grow ABB's generator business with Caterpillar in Lafayette, IN while providing technical and commercial support to MOHP North America sales. Act as liaison between customers, sales, and the Generator Business Line; develop generator proposals; recommend application-specific solutions; participate in meetings, presentations, and negotiations; monitor market trends and competitive activity; and contribute technical insights to drive account growth. Role is remote within two hours of Lafayette with ~25% travel.

Provide technical support to regional commercial team by developing field service proposals for power delivery, utilization and automation systems. Identify value-added service solutions (relay upgrades, arc-flash mitigation, distribution upgrades), lead proposal execution, perform site assessments, prepare scopes/cost estimates, and communicate fulfillment requirements to sourcing and operations to drive regional sales and project delivery.

Manage strategic local accounts to grow share of wallet, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Sell electrical products, services and solutions—with emphasis on Arc Flash and Infrared services—develop account plans, coordinate cross-division sales activities, apply Salesforce and sales tools, monitor competitors, and lead execution of commercial and marketing strategies.
