Designs and supports facilities engineering projects for laboratories, offices, infrastructure, and specialty spaces. Coordinates design activities, monitors project progress, leads planning discussions, learns facility specifications and building systems, prepares project estimates, and presents project outcomes. The intern collaborates with architects, mechanical and electrical engineers, BMS controls designers, and programmers.

Manages pharmaceutical sales incentive compensation programs for Immunology, including program design, modeling, administration, validation, vendor coordination, and recognition initiatives. Analyzes and reconciles sales and incentive data, investigates discrepancies, develops reports, and provides actionable insights to leadership and field teams. Supports communications, training, field inquiries, and taskforces while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, and external vendors. Uses approved AI tools to improve analytical workflows and reporting accuracy.

Owns the AI and technology opportunity portfolio across Clinical Sciences and Development. The role manages prioritization, governance, resource allocation, proposals, risks, timelines, stakeholder communications, and decision-making board operations. It evaluates and advances AI-enabled initiatives from ideation and proofs of concept through implementation and scaling, ensuring alignment with R&D strategy, business value, feasibility, data readiness, responsible AI practices, and organizational capacity.
