Educates staff on coverage, acquisition options, billing/coding, and AbbVie support tools; collaborates with Access & Reimbursement Support Center; reports payer trends; builds and maintains provider relationships across assigned territory.

Deliver hands-on and virtual clinical training for CoolSculpting, CoolTone, DiamondGlow and SkinMedica; partner with AMI, sales, and cross-functional teams to design and execute training programs; manage strategic and national account trainings; measure training impact using Moxie/Madi/ThoughtSpot and other KPIs; support new-hire onboarding, faculty engagements, and continuous improvement; travel extensively and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Lead and develop regional Field Medical teams for multiple myeloma, translate medical strategy into field execution, ensure high-quality, compliant scientific engagement, capture and escalate scientific intelligence, coach MSLs, and align cross-functionally to inform evidence planning and medical objectives.
