Lead global air sales, contracting, and operations: build unified air offerings and airline contracts, drive profitability and attachment to bookings, manage GDS/Amadeus integration, work cross-functionally with sales, IT, finance, and operations, and oversee air system projects and international partner relationships.

Support Travel Consultants with booking-related administrative tasks: prepare itineraries and proposals, monitor supplier confirmations, handle guest and agent communication, process payments and booking financials, maintain records, and assist with post-tour inquiries. Maintain Travel Studio profiles, create personalized documents, research pricing, and uphold service standards to improve sales conversions and operational accuracy.
