Lead and mentor AI engineers and data scientists to research, prototype, and productionize scalable AI/ML solutions (NLP, CV, predictive analytics, generative AI). Own MLOps, cloud integrations (Azure, AWS, GCP), ethical AI governance, model monitoring/versioning, and cross-functional deployment to meet business objectives.

Provide analytical support for a designated region, maintain financial models and forecasts, analyze P&L variances, support month-end close, report operating metrics, assist budgeting/forecasting, and collaborate with operations and collections.

Serve as primary client contact for assigned accounts, oversee daily janitorial and facility services, supervise and train staff, conduct site inspections for quality and safety, manage staffing, inventory, labor costs, ensure regulatory and contract compliance, prepare reports, and support contract renewals and continuous improvement.
