Teams at Abnormal Security

Build and operate secure, automated employee platform capabilities across identity, endpoints, SaaS, and collaboration. Develop automations for joiner/mover/leaver flows, device provisioning, access controls, and self-service. Integrate systems via APIs/webhooks, add telemetry and runbooks, participate in incident response and root cause analysis, and collaborate with Security, GRC, People, and IT partners to improve reliability and employee experience.

Serve as the primary technical advisor in enterprise sales cycles, leading discovery, architecture discussions, product demonstrations, competitive research, and Proof of Value programs. Translate security technology into measurable business outcomes, address email and identity security challenges, educate sales teams and partners, and guide enterprise stakeholders toward successful outcomes. The role requires expertise in SaaS security, networking, email infrastructure, identity services, modern threats, and customer-facing technical communication.

Manages and develops the SDR team by recruiting, hiring, training, setting productivity metrics, driving qualified pipeline generation, forecasting sales-qualified pipeline, and facilitating quarterly business reviews. The role establishes regional SDR strategy, enables consistent quota overachievement, and builds executive-level customer and partner relationships through consultative, value-based selling approaches.
