Provides customer service and administrative support for candidates, contractors, clients, and internal teams. Responsibilities include onboarding, payroll and invoicing issue resolution, contractor record updates, travel booking, front-office operations, internal hiring support, asset management, office purchasing, vendor coordination, supplies, mail, and property-management communications.

Recruiters manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including partnering with hiring managers, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews and reference checks, presenting opportunities, and supporting consultants throughout employment. The role emphasizes relationship building, career coaching, networking, communication, and performance-based sales. A structured 13-week training program, mentorship, and advancement opportunities are provided.

Develop new and existing business relationships, identify target accounts, conduct client meetings, qualify opportunities, negotiate rates and terms, and grow sales within an assigned territory. The representative partners with recruiting teams to provide engineering and science consultants, markets qualified candidates, manages accounts, and supports client and consultant meetings. The role includes structured training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities.
