Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts; develop contract templates; advise on marketing, franchising, M&A, and business licensing; support franchise disclosure documents; manage outside counsel and legal spend; assist with commercial disputes; partner with internal stakeholders and report to senior legal leadership.

Support accurate, efficient EDI invoice processing by analyzing transaction errors, performing root-cause analysis, producing KPI scorecards, leading cross-functional error resolution, recommending process improvements, training partners, and supporting daily Accounts Payable operations.

Analyze cost, commodity and market data to set cost-out goals and drive sourcing strategies. Perform should-cost modeling, bid management, vendor negotiations, and scenario financial analysis using eRFx, Alteryx, Power BI and Excel. Partner with Merchandising, Category Management, Finance and Pricing to prioritize opportunities, track milestones, and maintain analytic repositories and dashboards.
