Oversees clinical quality for assigned caseloads by observing client programs, reviewing outcome data, providing supervision and feedback to staff, consulting on non-progressing cases, training parents, attending IEPs as needed, and collaborating with clinical leadership and payors to improve treatment outcomes.

As a BCBA, you'll design and implement tailored ABA programs for children with autism, collaborate with families, mentor staff, and track client progress using data-driven methods.
