Teams at ACG

Sell Life, Health, and Annuity products by developing leads, preparing proposals, closing sales, and achieving production goals. Maintain product knowledge, complete required applications and compliance procedures, manage customer relationships, collaborate with branch partners, and assist underwriting/brokerage. Work includes cross-selling membership and financial services and occasional community event travel.

Lead project teams to audit and evaluate insurance products, underwriting practices and vendors. Analyze data, build GCP dashboards and Excel models, identify trends, recommend profitability improvements, collaborate with management and internal audit, conduct investigations, develop policies and procedures, and manage special projects including vendor trials and cost/benefit analysis.

Manage daily accounting for general ledger, cash receipts and disbursements, fixed assets, and tax compliance. Serve as Workday process owner for Expenses and Supplier Accounts; oversee payments, reconciliations, audits, year-end activities, and policy support. Lead process improvements, system enhancements, budgeting, and cross-functional projects. Supervise and develop accounting staff and enforce internal controls.
