Leads strategy, planning, and execution for a $400,000+ event fundraising portfolio. Builds relationships with donors, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners; drives revenue, participation, and long-term engagement. Oversees event logistics, budgets, vendors, cross-functional coordination, and experience delivery while monitoring performance and optimizing return on investment. Requires evening and weekend event participation, occasional travel depending on the portfolio, and some event setup lifting.

Conducts individual and foundation prospect research, analyzes complex financial and biographical data, and provides insights to inform philanthropy and fundraising strategies. Manages prospect portfolios, verifies donor capacity and contact information, maintains data quality, monitors process compliance, and collaborates with fundraising and philanthropy operations teams. This is a fully remote role requiring strong analytical, organizational, communication, confidentiality, and prospect research capabilities.

Leads internal and external integrated audits, reviews, and special projects; evaluates controls and business processes, performs audit testing, documents findings, presents results to leadership, and verifies corrective actions. The role also identifies process improvements and provides advisory support to finance and operational leaders. Requires at least four years of auditing experience, a bachelor’s degree, and preferably CIA or CPA certification. This is a fully remote U.S.-based position with 10% travel.
