Designs and delivers enterprise talent programs (performance, succession, promotions, assessments), partners with analytics and L&D, defines rewards and recognition, manages project plans and reporting to leadership/Board, and ensures program integration and continuous improvement across the talent lifecycle.

Manage and execute the organization’s social media channel strategy, establish scalable processes and guidelines, analyze and report social metrics, optimize content and campaigns using data, act as Sprout Social subject matter expert, and facilitate cross-team collaboration to support integrated campaigns and initiatives.

Manage IT Business Intelligence operations and a team of BI/ETL professionals to deliver secure, scalable data solutions, enforce data governance, and provide actionable analytics. Own service delivery (incident/change/problem management), vendor relationships, budgeting, documentation, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement to drive strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
