Adage offers 20 days of PTO per year that covers vacation, sick and personal time. At 3 years that goes up to 23 days and at 5 years you accrue 25 days annually to use however you want.
We observe 8 paid holidays each year and include 1 additional floating holiday to use on any other holiday, including your birthday
