Performs advanced industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment improvements, and complex control-system analysis. Uses vibration, laser, infrared, ultrasonic, and power-quality technologies to assess equipment condition. Supports continuous improvement, parts sourcing, cost analysis, CMMS data review, and production-line reliability. May operate machining tools, weld, train technicians, manage assigned projects, and provide technical support for sales quotations. Work occurs in loud factory environments with physical and safety hazards.

The Skillbridge Leadership Program offers military personnel leadership training with opportunities in various operational roles after completing their 90-day program.
