Administer, configure, and architect the Workday HCM platform across core HR, absence, time, compensation, talent, recruiting, and performance. Design business processes, integrations, reports, security controls, and system enhancements; maintain data integrity, governance, compliance, and release management. Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, vendors, and leadership to translate requirements into scalable solutions, resolve issues, provide training, and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Manages client and internal relationships as the primary liaison, troubleshoots and escalates issues, supports software training, tests platform releases, validates database accuracy, and leads small to medium projects from conception through completion. The role requires strong organization, communication, analytical thinking, client service, technology proficiency, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Manages assigned manufacturer and retailer accounts to drive sales, distribution, market share, and promotional performance. Responsibilities include developing client relationships, analyzing sales and syndicated data, managing promotional budgets and trade funds, coordinating retail merchandising and schematics, supporting eCommerce execution, conducting retailer headquarters calls, and identifying new business opportunities. The role requires collaboration across category management, retail services, claims, order entry, and other internal teams, with up to 20% travel.
