Serve as an HR business partner driving change management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and HR program implementation. Coach leaders on performance, development, compliance, and talent acquisition while partnering with HR Shared Services to ensure policy adherence and operational alignment with facility goals.

Direct and manage clinical laboratory operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality control, staff training and performance, budgeting, process improvement, and interdisciplinary collaboration to optimize patient safety and service delivery.

Provide nutrition-focused physical assessments, develop and monitor individualized nutrition care plans, offer education and counseling, place feeding tubes/perform indirect calorimetry when applicable, document in the EHR, collaborate with care teams, supervise dietetic trainees, participate in quality improvement and regulatory readiness.
