Serve as an HR business partner driving change management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and HR program implementation. Coach leaders on performance, development, compliance, and talent acquisition while partnering with HR Shared Services to ensure policy adherence and operational alignment with facility goals.

Direct and manage clinical laboratory operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality control, staff training and performance, budgeting, process improvement, and interdisciplinary collaboration to optimize patient safety and service delivery.

Provide nutrition-focused physical assessments, develop and monitor individualized nutrition care plans, offer education and counseling, place feeding tubes/perform indirect calorimetry when applicable, document in the EHR, collaborate with care teams, supervise dietetic trainees, participate in quality improvement and regulatory readiness.

Perform CT exams using established protocols; operate CT scanners, injectors, and monitors; ensure patient identification, education, safety, and radiation minimization; position patients and produce diagnostic images; screen for contrast allergies; perform clerical duties; maintain clean, stocked rooms; provide direct patient care within scope of practice.

Monitor and document patient telemetry, recognize and report normal and abnormal EKG patterns, maintain alarms and logs, support communication with nursing staff, assist with equipment sanitation, participate in training, quality improvement, and other duties to ensure smooth telemetry unit operations.

New graduate RN residency program offering full-time positions across med/surg, PCU, critical care, and ED. Participants complete a structured residency, must obtain Florida RN license, hold AHA BLS, and be recent graduates (within three years). Night and 12-hour rotating shifts; benefits and loan repayment offered.

Participate in a nurse residency program delivering bedside nursing care for diverse patient populations. Perform assessments, implement individualized plans of care, monitor diagnostics, ensure medication and infection-prevention safety, communicate with interdisciplinary teams, engage in quality improvement, and complete required education and competencies.

Register patients for services, verify insurance eligibility and benefits, obtain pre-authorizations, perform Medicare compliance reviews and issue ABNs, create patient cost estimates, collect payments or set up payment plans, coordinate with utilization management, and ensure accurate demographic and insurance data.

Performs diagnostic ultrasound exams per provider orders and protocols, verifies patient identity/history, acquires optimal images and diagnostic data, documents results in EMR/PACS, and ensures patient comfort and privacy while communicating procedure details.

Provide comprehensive obstetric nursing care including assessments, individualized care plans, medication administration, patient/family education, documentation, infection control, crisis response, delegation/supervision of team members, and continuous quality improvement activities on a night-shift inpatient unit.

Operate and maintain cath lab equipment, prepare and monitor patients for diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, document care, administer contrast/medications within scope, follow radiation and safety protocols, train staff, participate in quality improvement, and respond to clinical emergencies.

Performs high-quality CT exams including IV contrast administration, patient positioning, and imaging equipment operation. Documents in EMR/PACS, follows radiation safety (ALARA), monitors patients for reactions, and educates patients while maintaining workflow and quality standards.

Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams per provider orders and protocols; verify patient identity, obtain history, position patients and equipment, acquire and analyze high-quality images/waveforms, document in EMR/PACS, ensure patient comfort and room readiness, collaborate with radiologists, and maintain equipment safety and cleanliness.

Provide diagnostic radiographic imaging on day shifts, operate and position radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment, ensure radiation safety and high-quality images, document exams in EMR/PACS, deliver patient care across age groups, maintain certifications and licenses, and may instruct student radiographers after one year post-certification.
