Lead technical direction for molecular central lab operations, standardize and implement testing methodologies, ensure regulatory compliance (CLIA, CAP, FDA, etc.), develop policies, collaborate with medical and lab leadership, and support system-wide lab services and outreach clients.

Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures, position and immobilize patients, operate advanced radiology equipment, assist radiologists with specialized procedures, maintain safety and quality control, prepare rooms and contrast media, complete clerical duties and patient records, and provide orientation to new technologists.

Perform comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound exams including noninvasive, invasive, vascular, and fetal assessments. Document patient history and study findings, assist with invasive procedures, operate and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment, maintain ARDMS and Nuchal Translucency certification, provide patient care and positioning, and support departmental operations and training.

Performs mammography and radiographic imaging, positions patients, operates and maintains equipment, performs quality control per ACR/MQSA, maintains records, schedules exams, follows radiation safety and universal precautions, and maintains required certifications.

Float sonographer performs general, vascular, and OB/GYN ultrasound studies (breast a plus), operates ultrasound equipment, reviews records, positions patients, acquires and labels images, documents in the radiology information system, communicates findings to physicians, serves as a technical resource/preceptor, and participates in quality improvement and accreditation activities.

Performs diagnostic and basic-to-advanced radiologic procedures in an outpatient setting. Positions patients, selects exposures, ensures image quality and patient safety, documents studies and billing codes, communicates with providers and patients, serves as a technical resource/preceptor, and follows regulatory and accreditation requirements. May lift and transport patients and must meet age-specific care competencies.

Lead clinical applications initiatives by translating business needs into technical requirements, managing project portfolios, and delivering AI-enabled and Epic EHR solutions. Drive change management, mentor IT analysts, create process maps, measure project benefits, mitigate risks, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to improve clinical workflows and system usability.

Serve as a senior business/technical analyst for clinical trials: gather and translate business and technical requirements, perform workflow and cost analyses, design and implement technology roadmaps, manage projects and change processes, liaise between clinical stakeholders, IT teams and vendors, troubleshoot applications, and support system implementations and data integrity initiatives.

Design and implement Epic hospital billing and revenue cycle solutions. Gather business requirements, lead technical direction for projects, support claims/denials and cash posting/reconciliation, create process mappings, measure project outcomes, mentor IT staff, and coordinate with business stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.

Lead AI strategy for ERP and WFM solutions, evaluate and adopt AI technologies, oversee identification, testing, and implementation of AI initiatives, develop dashboards and KPIs, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and vendor partners, manage program operations and improvement projects, and serve as primary program contact for internal and external stakeholders.
