Supervises cardiology nursing staff and supports quality patient care, triage, documentation, safety, EMR follow-up, clinical integration, and emergency response. Oversees staffing, patient flow, satisfaction, audits, inventory, regulatory compliance, staff training, performance management, and practice improvement. Collaborates with physicians, managers, and leadership to resolve operational and clinical issues, support provider onboarding, meet growth targets, and maintain clinical standards across multiple South Chicago sites.

Coordinates general radiology and mammography operations, including technologist scheduling, staffing adjustments, training, competency verification, supervision, equipment troubleshooting, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, inventory, and patient service. Performs general radiology examinations, supports safety and quality initiatives, manages department supplies and charges, and serves as an initial contact for patient and staff concerns.

Supports ambulatory care teams by welcoming patients, recording vital signs and medical histories, preparing patients for exams, assisting with procedures, administering medications and vaccines, collecting specimens, performing point-of-care testing, documenting care in the EHR, and coordinating with physicians and nurses. The role requires frequent physical activity, patient handling, and adherence to safety, confidentiality, and clinical regulations.
