Performs diagnostic and basic-to-advanced radiologic procedures in an outpatient setting. Positions patients, selects exposures, ensures image quality and patient safety, documents studies and billing codes, communicates with providers and patients, serves as a technical resource/preceptor, and follows regulatory and accreditation requirements. May lift and transport patients and must meet age-specific care competencies.

Lead clinical team operations to ensure high-quality patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance. Monitor documentation, EMR tasks, staffing, training, and patient flow. Drive patient satisfaction, staff engagement, and process improvements. Serve as clinical escalation, support physician/provider relations, and perform occasional clinical duties.

The Clinical Nurse Supervisor oversees clinical care and operations, ensuring quality patient outcomes, staff compliance, and patient satisfaction. They manage clinical staff, handle HR functions, and support practice growth while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
