Create and maintain structured developer documentation for APIs, SDKs, and integrations. Design metadata schemas, ontologies, and context rules for AI-assisted content generation; review and fact-check generated documentation and code snippets; author API references and conceptual guides in Git- and Markdown-based docs-as-code workflows; and collaborate with product, engineering, support, and implementation teams to validate technical accuracy and merchant integration flows.

Design, build, and operate Kubernetes-based container orchestration and supporting infrastructure across a global private cloud. Drive automation, tooling, and GitOps workflows; ensure availability and performance, participate in on-call rotations, lead incident response and postmortems, and collaborate on multi-region resilience and platform modernization.

Lead Adyen’s Personalize Intelligence team developing machine-learning systems for real-time Checkout optimization and AI products. Provide technical leadership on architecture, reliability, and scalable services; coach machine learning scientists and data engineers; define goals and product roadmaps with Product; collaborate across Design, Engineering, Data, and leadership; monitor system performance; foster an inclusive, high-performing culture; and recruit new team members.

Leads Adyen’s Americas Customer Due Diligence function, overseeing approximately 45 employees and five managers across onboarding and ongoing reviews. The role develops regional CDD strategy, manages complex escalations, partners with Compliance, Commercial, Product, Legal, and Operations, improves scalable processes and automation, ensures regulatory alignment, and drives team growth and performance across multiple locations.

Lead Adyen’s Product Experience organization for the merchant setup journey. Define PX strategy, build and manage a team of eight full-stack PX professionals, champion customer-centered product decisions, and partner with product, engineering, commercial, operations, and senior leadership. Ensure high-quality research, design, and content execution across onboarding, compliance, developer experience, and platform engineering. Coach team members, foster experimentation and urgency, and drive measurable customer and business impact.

Lead advanced risk, fraud, and payment optimization analyses for major fintech merchants. Analyze large-scale transactional, ML output, and labeled risk data; design experiments and statistical investigations; develop scalable analytical tools, ETL workflows, dashboards, and reusable frameworks; collaborate with risk product teams; translate findings into merchant strategies and product improvements; enable commercial stakeholders through playbooks and self-service tools; and mentor analysts.
