As a Senior Software Engineer on the Bank Payments team, you will lead technical projects, mentor engineers, and develop scalable Java-based web services while driving innovation in North America's core banking payment systems.

Operate on-call shifts to monitor platform and merchant performance, coordinate and lead incident response, communicate with customers and senior management, analyze incident trends, drive root-cause investigations and preventative actions, improve monitoring/observability tooling and automation, and partner with engineering/product teams to increase platform reliability.
