Own end-to-end UX for a web-based enterprise ordering portal, converting AI-driven forecasts into actionable workflows. Design dashboards, exception workflows, agentic/conversational experiences, shared portal services (admin, permissions), and reusable components. Partner with product, ML, and engineering to ship product improvements that reduce food waste and drive business value.

Lead R&D to design, implement, and deploy ML and optimization solutions for perishable inventory control and multi-echelon replenishment. Model demand, perishability, and supply uncertainty, drive research-to-production changes, mentor team members, and improve decision-making to reduce food waste.

Own FP&A for a high-growth AI grocery startup: build and run forecasting, budgeting, and long-range plans; analyze variances; develop KPIs and dashboards; partner cross-functionally; prepare board-quality analysis; model scenarios for strategic decisions; and drive AI-enabled process improvements.
