Leads and scales AfterShip’s distributed Marketing Creative team, including hiring, coaching, creative direction, brand evolution, and performance management. Owns creative across campaigns, product launches, digital channels, and marketing surfaces. Builds AI-powered, cloud-based production workflows and design systems that improve speed, quality, and scalability. Partners with marketing stakeholders, manages agencies and freelancers, and establishes processes that support high-volume creative output.

Provides deal desk and sales operations coverage for B2B SaaS opportunities during an eight-month maternity leave term. Partners with Account Executives, Finance, and Legal to structure pricing, discounts, payment terms, contracts, and approvals. Reviews non-standard terms, maintains deal data in DealHub and the CRM, resolves commercial issues, guides sales teams through processes, and recommends improvements to Revenue Operations workflows.

Lead and scale a global HRBP function, partnering with the VP People and executives on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, succession planning, and talent investment. Manage and coach North American HRBPs and provide functional leadership across China and India, build consistent frameworks, and ensure People is a strategic business partner.
