Customer-facing technical consultant responsible for implementing and optimizing enterprise block and file storage across datacenter and cloud. Deploys storage arrays and SAN infrastructure, supports replication and continuity tools, produces technical documentation, leads cutovers and escalations, collaborates with project teams, delivers post-implementation knowledge transfer, and mentors junior staff while recommending improvements to storage and delivery practices.

Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise LAN/WAN/wireless and security networks. Support deployments, upgrades, migrations, and operational improvements. Analyze requirements, recommend scalable secure solutions, create documentation, monitor performance, resolve reliability/security issues, provide technical support during projects, collaborate with stakeholders, mentor junior engineers, and pursue continuous learning.
