Leads technical pre-sales campaigns and solution development for enterprise data center and cloud technologies. Presents technical briefings and demonstrations, qualifies opportunities, positions consulting services, leads solution verification and bill-of-material reviews, and drives conversions to additional solutions. Acts as a technology subject matter expert, mentors team members, collaborates with partners and practice leaders, and represents AHEAD at industry events.

Supports customer-facing enterprise data center infrastructure deployments, including hardware installation, storage and SAN configuration, server and switch connectivity, documentation, cutovers, knowledge transfer, and issue resolution. Collaborates with project managers, architects, account teams, and customers to deliver infrastructure projects, upgrades, and system moves. The role requires hands-on technical execution, customer communication, continuous learning, occasional after-hours work, and travel to client engagements.

Leads financial selling and financing strategy for complex technology transactions. The role develops total cost of ownership analyses, structures client financing solutions, manages booking and billing requirements, resolves financing terms, reduces days sales outstanding, supports credit-limit reviews and collections, and presents strategic financing opportunities. It partners closely with sales, finance, accounts receivable, suppliers, manufacturers, and clients while serving as a subject-matter expert on financing execution.
