Participate in AHEAD’s associate development program and complete technical training focused on public cloud solutions. Develop cloud engineering and consulting skills through certifications, shadowing, teamwork, problem-solving, and client project delivery. Candidates must have working knowledge of cloud solutions, be willing to travel more than 50% of the time, and possess existing U.S. work authorization without requiring visa sponsorship.

Participates in AHEAD’s associate development program, beginning with three months of network training before supporting client projects. Collaborates across teams, analyzes technical issues, recommends solutions, manages competing priorities, and delivers projects on schedule. Requires infrastructure experience, technical education or equivalent training, data center knowledge, U.S. work authorization, and willingness to travel more than 50%. Preferred certifications include CCENT, CCNA, Network+, Server+, Security+, VCTA, and CCA-V.

Participate in AHEAD’s LAUNCH associate development program for aspiring IT consultants. Build technical and consulting expertise through training, certifications, project shadowing, collaboration, problem-solving, and client project delivery. Candidates must have a technical degree, relevant bootcamp or internship experience, or working knowledge of application development. The role requires existing U.S. work authorization and travel exceeding 50% to support client projects and shadowing opportunities.
