Manage retail media advertiser relationships and support sales throughout pre- and post-sales campaign processes. Develop media recommendations, coordinate creative and asset management, set up campaigns in ad-serving and CRM systems, monitor pacing and performance, recommend optimizations, oversee billing, and finalize completion reports. The role requires strong client communication, organization, timeline management, retail media knowledge, and collaboration with internal teams and external brands.

Coordinates the end-to-end intake, scheduling, validation, execution, and delivery of promotional offers across digital and in-store marketing channels. Maintains calendars, trackers, workflows, and documentation; monitors deadlines, risks, quality assurance, and launch readiness; facilitates cross-functional communication; troubleshoots delivery issues; prepares operational reports; and supports process improvements, technology implementation, and post-campaign reviews.

Build, test, deploy, and evaluate machine learning models using established frameworks. Support feature engineering, data preprocessing, automated training and monitoring pipelines, and production AI integration. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define AI requirements, research performance improvements, and respond to critical IT incidents. The role requires advanced quantitative education, 5+ years of AI/ML engineering experience, Python expertise, and knowledge of deep learning and generative AI.
