Teams at AIDS Healthcare Foundation

Designs, implements, and evaluates culturally responsive staff training and development programs for AHF’s Prevention Department. Identifies training needs, collaborates with managers and outreach teams, and creates learning opportunities grounded in equity, trauma-informed care, compliance, public health, and community engagement. The role strengthens staff skills, confidence, service quality, and organizational capacity while supporting diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ communities, Latine clients, youth, and people impacted by HIV.
