Provides ad hoc analysis, mentors junior staff, and contributes to financial and strategic objectives.

Lead campaign strategy and workflow for North America Insurance marketing. Define campaign approaches, audience segmentation, channel mix, and measurable objectives. Own intake, briefing, calendaring, governance, and continuous improvement of campaign processes. Manage agency relationships, track performance, and mentor a junior campaign specialist. Stay current on B2B campaign best practices, marketing automation, and AI trends relevant to marketing.

Supports commercial insurance underwriters through risk submission screening, renewal comparisons, policy and endorsement issuance, pricing, coverage structuring, quotation and billing processes. Reviews policy documentation, premium audits and adjustments for quality and accuracy, coordinates with brokers and internal teams, prepares reports, resolves issues, mentors support staff, and assists with underwriting projects and client meetings. The role requires strong commercial insurance knowledge, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, and at least three years of experience.
