Deploy and operationalize an AI-powered pentest product for enterprise customers end-to-end. Debug incidents in customer environments (Docker, Postgres, networking, agents), handle complex enterprise constraints (proxies, firewalls, internal CAs, air-gapped setups), build/adapt integrations (SSO, IdP, PKI), translate field issues into product improvements, and act as the technical bridge between customers and engineering.

Manage end-to-end commercial contracts for customers and partners: draft, review, redline, and negotiate SaaS and licensing agreements; partner with Sales to unblock deals; maintain templates and playbooks; ensure security, privacy, and compliance alignment; support HR/employment documentation; coordinate external counsel and assist with disputes and compliance initiatives. On-site in Chicago.

Lead and coach a team of SMB Account Executives in Chicago to generate pipeline and revenue. Improve outbound/inbound processes, support strategic deals, hire and develop sales talent, collaborate on GTM initiatives, forecast and manage team metrics, and drive a high-performance sales culture for a developer-focused SaaS security product.
