As a Senior Staff Engineer, you will lead technical vision and architectural direction for Payments Compliance, ensuring scalable and cohesive compliance systems while partnering with cross-functional teams to navigate regulatory requirements.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution of Airbnb's quality tooling platform. Own automation and AI-driven evaluation for agent performance, partner with engineering and operations, define success metrics, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure tooling meets QA and operational needs at scale.

The role involves building and validating Marketing Mix Models and geo-experiments, managing measurement infrastructure, and communicating insights to stakeholders.

Own and evolve Community Support risk frameworks, AI risk governance, and the risk registry. Partner with Insider Threat investigations, drive root-cause remediation programs, produce executive risk reporting, and lead cross-functional risk alignment, training, and culture change.
