Partner with Community Support leadership to provide strategic financial analysis, build ROI and unit-economics frameworks, evaluate AI and support-model investments, drive forecasting and annual planning, support commercial negotiations, and translate data into executive recommendations across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations.

The Principal Machine Learning Engineer will fine-tune and optimize LLMs for various applications, develop AI products, and enhance ML infrastructure in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Build, evaluate, and deploy LLM/ML models and synthetic datasets to improve Community Support. Identify opportunities via data exploration, analyze structured and unstructured data, automate LLM evaluation, personalize experiences, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive product and operational impact.
