Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close and initial ramp, conduct technical and commercial consultations, negotiate contracts, exceed revenue targets, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful customer outcomes.

Lead and scale a team of full-cycle Account Executives focused on SMB acquisition. Own revenue, pipeline health, deal quality, and execution velocity. Coach AEs on discovery, negotiation, and closing; enforce pipeline discipline, CRM hygiene, and metrics-driven operations. Partner with outbound and cross-functional teams to refine ICPs, improve win rates, and leverage data/AI and sales tools to improve forecasting and deal strategy.
