Source passive candidates, run screens, manage pipelines in Ashby/ATS, coordinate offers, maintain ATS data and reporting, and partner with recruiters and sales leadership to improve hiring processes and build fintech/payments talent knowledge.

Lead and scale a team of full-cycle Account Executives focused on SMB acquisition. Own revenue, pipeline health, deal quality, and execution velocity. Coach AEs on discovery, negotiation, and closing; enforce pipeline discipline, CRM hygiene, and metrics-driven operations. Partner with outbound and cross-functional teams to refine ICPs, improve win rates, and leverage data/AI and sales tools to improve forecasting and deal strategy.
