Leads enterprise cloud Operations and Maintenance services across Azure and Microsoft 365 for a large defense customer. Owns service performance, SLAs, KPIs, incident and problem management, operational readiness, service transitions, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. Manages a multidisciplinary organization exceeding 50 employees, provides executive-level customer leadership, oversees operational acceptance reviews, and ensures production services meet support, security, compliance, and business continuity requirements.

Operate and maintain Azure and Microsoft 365 services, including monitoring, identity, networking, compute, storage, collaboration, governance, backups, access, and capacity management. Investigate incidents and performance issues, implement approved changes, support releases, document configurations, create runbooks and dashboards, and assist with service transitions. Collaborate with project teams, users, engineers, and vendors while following ticketing, change-control, service-level, and knowledge-management processes.

Designs secure Azure data pipelines and analytics foundations using Databricks and ADLS Gen2. Responsibilities include modernizing Oracle workloads, developing medallion data models, implementing data quality and monitoring practices, integrating curated datasets with Power BI, and establishing secure Azure Government identity, network, storage, and access patterns. The role also requires documentation, operational support, stakeholder collaboration, and performance optimization.
