Support water and earth science research by building and managing raster/vector geospatial datasets, performing spatial analysis and image processing, developing scientific applications and data pipelines, providing statistical and database support, creating FGDC/ISO metadata, and supporting GPS/telemetry data collection and conversion.

Provide administrative and program support to a federal science organization: maintain documentation, track deliverables and schedules, produce cost/schedule/technical reports, coordinate meetings and logistics, and support program coordination across technical, budget, and management stakeholders.

Lead delivery of a multi-site science and technical support services contract as the single point of accountability. Manage IDIQ task orders, staffing, quality, schedule, finances, proposals, recruiting, subcontractors, quality control, reporting, invoicing, and ensure federal security and contract compliance across sites.
