Lead technical sales evaluations of Aleph’s AI-native FP&A platform for private equity firms and portfolio companies. Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and fast-paced trials; configure solutions; answer finance and product questions; and communicate value to CFOs, operating partners, and other senior stakeholders. Partner with go-to-market, Product, and Engineering teams to improve positioning and roadmap direction. Apply private equity, finance, financial modeling, and AI expertise to build buyer trust and win technical evaluations.

Leads a Customer Experience vertical, managing Engagement Managers while owning a customer portfolio. Oversees retention, expansion, adoption, implementations, onboarding, account health, renewals, team capacity, hiring, coaching, and performance reporting. Partners with Sales, Product, and Engineering and serves as a strategic advisor to CFOs and finance leaders. The role requires expertise in FP&A, strategic finance, or private equity, advanced financial modeling, customer leadership, and experience building scalable customer success processes.

Lead product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and short-cycle trials for FP&A leaders. Translate Aleph’s AI and automation capabilities into finance business value, configure solutions, answer technical and finance questions, and guide stakeholders through evaluations. Engage CFOs and VPs, support sales execution, and relay customer insights to Product and Engineering. The role requires strong FP&A and financial modeling expertise, spreadsheet fluency, comfort with AI, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
