Lead and grow a 5-person AMER Solutions Engineering team to drive technical wins across Commercial, SMB, and Enterprise accounts. Coach SEs on pre-sales discovery, evaluation, demos, PoCs, and AI-assisted solution design; partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Demo Engineering; recruit and ramp new hires; and implement data-driven programs to improve win rates, sales cycles, and product adoption while supporting quota attainment and regional technical strategy.

Drive technical pre-sales by partnering with Account Executives to perform technical discovery, demos, POCs, and RFP responses. Advocate customer needs to Product and Engineering, create technical content, enable teams, and support smooth handoffs to post-sales for successful onboarding and adoption of Algolia solutions.
