Build and operate the AI engineering platform powering agentic assistants: agent patterns, retrieval pipelines, evaluation frameworks, CI/CD and deployment on AWS, observability, developer tooling, and governance to run safe, reliable AI at scale.

Lead enterprise FP&A, owning forecasting, long-range planning, monthly performance reviews, executive and board reporting, and investor relations. Build and coach a high-performing FP&A team, improve planning/reporting tools (Workday, Adaptive Insights), drive financial modeling, scenario analysis, and partner with business leaders to translate strategy into measurable financial plans.

Lead and manage LTD leave of absence claims operations, ensuring compliance, high customer experience, SLA and KPI performance. Oversee a virtual team, provide SME guidance on leave programs, coach staff, handle escalations, drive continuous improvement, and support clients with diagnostic solutions.

Lead Alight's enterprise AI strategy, platform, and teams to scale generative AI, agentic systems, and intelligent automation across products and operations. Own AI platform development, evaluation, governance, deployment, and measurable production outcomes while recruiting and developing senior technical leaders and partnering with risk, compliance, product, and commercial stakeholders.

Manage ADA and Leave of Absence cases end-to-end, ensure compliance with FMLA/ADA/state laws, review medical documentation, coordinate accommodations and overlapping benefits, communicate with stakeholders, maintain accurate case records, and meet quality and performance standards.

Define and maintain enterprise AI governance policies, standards, and controls; translate regulatory frameworks into enforceable requirements; document controls and evidence for audit readiness; partner with engineering, privacy, security, and legal to embed controls into the SDLC; support client inquiries, RFPs, and remediation tracking to ensure compliant, auditable AI deployments.

The Azure DevOps Engineer will design, build, and scale cloud infrastructure, automate deployments, enhance CI/CD capabilities, and ensure compliance and security for healthcare applications.

Serve as primary client contact for Leave Solutions, using deep absence and disability expertise to manage day-to-day operations, resolve escalations, consult on Alight solutions, support testing and defect management, provide proactive status updates, identify risks and expansion opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional and client meetings. Travel 20-25% as needed.
