Teams at ALIS

Serve as the primary client contact for ALIS users, resolving questions and complex platform issues, supporting adoption, documenting tickets, troubleshooting integrations, and escalating appropriately. Build trusted client relationships, identify recurring issues, contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing, participate in on-call coverage, and manage projects within the area of expertise. The role supports retention, client satisfaction, and effective use of the platform.

Associate In House Counsel will draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements; advise business stakeholders on legal risks; improve contract templates, playbooks, and processes; support transactions, governance, compliance, and special projects; and coordinate with outside counsel. The role serves as a practical legal resource across the company and helps develop efficient, business-minded legal operations.

Own the strategy and execution of ALIS events, including conferences, user events, executive dinners, sponsorships, and field programs. Manage budgets, vendors, logistics, sponsorship deliverables, and onsite execution while partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Leadership. Establish event goals, track pipeline and ROI, improve reporting and operational processes, and deliver post-event analysis. The role requires regular travel and hands-on event setup and teardown.
