Support Corporate Strategy & Transformation engagements by structuring and executing analyses (Excel, Python, SQL, AI tools), translating findings into actionable recommendations, engaging client stakeholders and senior executives, supporting implementation, developing pitches and AI-enabled practice resources, and contributing to recruiting and training.

Provide first-line IT support to ~2,500 employees via phone, email, and in-person. Troubleshoot Windows and Mac devices, printers, and networking; use ServiceNow for ticketing; pre-provision and build laptops; administer Intune, Jamf, and Lenovo tools; maintain asset inventory; escalate L2/L3 issues; create knowledge-base documentation.

Support deployment, operation, and improvement of AI-enabled platforms and cloud services (primarily Azure). Implement GitHub-based GitOps CI/CD, author Terraform and IaC, operate containerized workloads, provide 24x7 production support, ensure security/compliance, optimize performance/cost, and maintain platform documentation and runbooks.
