Lead technical evaluations, commercial processes, account growth, customer business reviews, issue triage, and renewal forecasting. Translate customer requirements into product priorities while partnering directly with Engineering and Product. This first dedicated Technical Account Manager will also develop the company’s post-sales playbook.
